Shipping Policy
Zoku Industries operates as a global drop-shipping automotive parts and accessories store. We work directly with international manufacturers and fulfilment warehouses to provide high-quality products at competitive pricing.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received and approved.
This includes all payment methods such as:

Tracking Information

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear once the courier scans the parcel.
Split Shipments
If multiple items are ordered, products may ship from different warehouses.
This means you may receive your order in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
Zoku Industries is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.
Refund & Returns Policy – Zoku Industries
Zoku Industries sells automotive parts and accessories through global fulfillment partners. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.
Once an order has entered processing or been sent to our supplier, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

Fraudulent claims will be disputed with full tracking and delivery records.
Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it:
